Our family-run farm, established in 2019 in Salisbury, Massachusetts, is a small, locally operated business dedicated to raising premium 100% DNA-verified Full-Blood Wagyu beef. Starting with just a few Angus cows, we began experimenting with crossbreeding. When we discovered the exceptional quality and flavor of Full-Blood Wagyu, we decided to fully commit to raising these cattle—that’s where we are today.
