Thai Basil plant
Thai Basil is a variety of basil with a licorice or anise flavor commonly used in Thai and Vietnamese cooking. It is an annual herb that grows 18-24 inches in height. It grows well in the ground or in a pot. This is a 2-3″ tall plant in a 4″ pot.
Ram Tulsi Plant / Green Holy Basil plant
Ram Tulsi Plant / Green Holy Basil Plant 2-3" tall plant in a 4" pot. Holy basil is also used in teas and medicinally.

Lacinato kale plant in a 4" pot. This variety of kale is heat resistant as well as cold loving so can be grown from Spring to Early winter in New Jersey.

Yarrow is a native plant to New Jersey with these beautiful white flowers. Yarrow is a perennial that is drought resistant and like most native plants requires very little care as it evolved to cope with our pests and climate. This is a small plant in a 4" pot.
Super Hot Pepper Blend
This blend of ground dried peppers is super hot and spicy with a wonderful taste of Scotch Bonnet, Ghost and Habaner0 peppers. At Snapping Turtle Farm we keep a shaker of our super hot pepper blend on our table to add a bite of spice and rich flavor to any dish. We particularly like it on our pizza, use it to cook our Chili and sprinkle it on top of our lentil soup.
Sage Tea
Sage herbal tea. This calming tea is made with our organic sage grown at Snapping Turtle Farm in Cranbury New Jersey. This is loose leaf tea that makes 15-20 cups of tea. Directions: steep 2 tablespoons of sage tea leaves in boiling water for 4-6 minutes.
Mint and Sage Tea
Mint and sage herbal tea. This calming tea is made with our organic mint and sage grown at Snapping Turtle Farm in Cranbury New Jersey. This is loose leaf tea that makes 15-20 cups of tea. Directions: steep 2 tablespoons of mint and sage tea leaves in boiling water for 4-8 minutes.
