Description: Snapping Turtle Farm is a 78 acre certified organic vegetable and herb farm located in Cranbury, NJ. About half of these acres remain a mixture of wild woods, wetlands, and brooks while the other half is tillable farmland. We grow over 50 types of vegetables and herbs and specialize in heirloom tomato and unusual pepper varieties each chosen for its unique flavor. In recent years we have been branching out into growing vegetables popular in South Asian cuisine.
