This is just the DEPOSIT on a whole/half/quarter pig order, the balance due is based on hanging weight, processing and butcher fees. On a whole hog it TENDS to work out( USDA /butcher fees can change) around $7.50 per pound based on HANGING WEIGHT plus USDA/process fees Typical cost. Note- pigs were larger , so these packages will cost more but have more meat…. If it is too much consider the HOG WILD SAMPLE PACKAGE.
